Our Story
Special Education Lifeline was formed on 04/12/2024 as a Non-profit Corporation under Kentucky state laws and headed by Angela Pannuti. She has a Masters in Education and was a public school teacher for approximately 5 years before going back to school and getting a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has been an active physician assistant since 2013. She has a son with a disability and when thrust into the special education process she realized other families needed help like she did, this is what motivated The Company’s foundation.
Mission Statement: To empower families of children with disabilities through advocacy, education, and direct support services, ensuring equitable access to quality special education and therapeutic resources.
Vision Statement: A world where every child with special needs receives the education, services, and support necessary to thrive and reach for independent living, further education, and training to the max extent possible.
