Our Story
The Company was formed on 04/12/2024 as a Non-profit Corporation under Kentucky state laws and headed by Angela Pannuti. She has a Masters in Education and was a public school teacher for approximately 5 years before going back to school and getting a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has been an active physician assistant since 2013. She has a son with a disability and when thrusted into the special education process she realized other families needed help like she did, this is what motivated The Company’s foundation.
